Human Resources Generalist - Adecco

Global Electronics Manufacturing Company seeking a Full-Time Direct Hire HR Generalist in San Jose, CA.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB FUNCTION: Plan and administrate policies relation to all phase of human resources activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

SKILLS: Excellent communication skill, able to work a flexible interpersonal schedule, computer literate, bilingual (Vietnamese or Chinese) preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for benefits administration (indl. group health insurance, IRC Section125, workers' compensation, COBRA), development and maintenance of personnel records and database, tracking and reporting personnel requisition, creation and tracking Immigration processing for appropriate Visas and

• Collaborated on the design and implementation of full-cycle recruiting process.

• Plan and conduct new employee orientation, modernized and streamlined company benefits handbooks for all employees.
• Facilitate payroll process, confirm and submit payroll deductions and changes.
• Monitored FMLA and all other leave requests
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedure and programs
• Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carriers

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Full cycle recruiting: 2 years (Required)
• Human resources: 3 years (Preferred)
• Electronics Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
• Procurement: 2 years (Required)

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
