Description:
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofers for projects located in and around Buffalo, NY. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $22-26/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Inspect Existing Roof Structure
- Remove Old Roofing Materials, if needed
- Clean and Prepare Roof Surface
- Apply Appropriate Roofing Membrane (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)
- Install Flashing around Roof Penetrations and Edges
- Ensure Proper Drainage with Correct Slope and Placement of Drains
- Install Vapor Barriers to Prevent Moisture Penetration and Use Appropriate Sealing Techniques
Requirements:
- - OSHA 10 Certification; TI does offer course to qualified Employees who have yet to obtain the Certification
- Able to lift around 50 Pounds
- Comfortable Working at Heights
- Previous Experience Strongly Preferred
