As our Branch Manager - Land Development, you will direct an existing branch operation, continuing our success in the Charlotte area. This office will provide comprehensive services to clients in Charlotte and throughout the Carolinas.

What You’ll Do:

As our Charlotte Branch Manager, you will:

  • Partner with Firm Leadership to capitalize on existing client opportunities, develop plans for future client opportunities and establish and drive branch priorities and financial plan goals
  • Create, build, and maintain our client base to support the growth of the region and firm, in partnership with Regional/Divisional Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Hire and develop staff including developing future leaders of the firm
  • Provide project management and site plan production process oversight and actively manage projects as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's or Masters’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, or related field and/or experience
  • North Carolina professional licensure preferred (PE, RLA)
  • Local and regional industry contacts with experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering Best-in-Class service
  • A demonstrated history of leading and motivating high-performance site design teams
  • Business acumen with demonstrated success meeting metric goals
  • Energy and passion for project management to support quality design and development across a wide range of market sectors
