We are inviting applications for the role of Manager of Financial Reporting. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in managing financial reporting and accounting functions. The role is designed for individuals with a strong background in financial reporting and a deep understanding of Accounting Software Systems, ADP, BlackLine, EPS and ERP.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting within the organization.
• Ensure accurate processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and auditing tasks.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Balance Sheet Account and apply this knowledge in day-to-day functions.
• Oversee and manage Budget Processes to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all accounting functions are performed accurately and within the stipulated timelines.
• Regularly review and update the company's financial reporting processes and practices.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
• Provide guidance and support to the financial reporting team members
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Auditing practices
• Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account
• Experience in Budget Process
