We are providing an opportunity for a Business Analyst to become a part of our team. This role is primarily based in Haverhill, Massachusetts, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Business Analyst, your role will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing business processes, and leading IT projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and document data requirements.
• Analyzing existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Developing and implementing strategies for data governance to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Leading and managing IT projects that focus on system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Coordinating with IT teams including development, infrastructure, and security to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conducting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation for users and stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean six sigma principles.
• Providing support and guidance to end-users on system functionality and troubleshooting.
• Using skills such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Claim Administration to facilitate daily tasks and project completion. • Proficient in Atlassian Jira
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience in Gap Analysis
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with AB Testing
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents
• Familiarity with Claim Administration processes
