Business Specialist

Perform cross-functionally across the organization to manage different projects and execution of new initiatives; plan and implement the overall investment strategy in collaboration with international operation teams; identify the companys target segments within the overseas sales to develop key contracting strategies; research various inventory trends in the automotive industry, including hiring patterns, and suggest management for optimized quality control process improvements; coordinate and direct contracting processes in Air/Ocean import processes, and perform analysis to meet US trading regulations; identify inventory process bottlenecks and implement solutions by coordinating and allocating technical/human resources; identify business processing and contracting term problems take corrective action based on the legal analysis; address transferring fund issues, and implement an international shipping communication system; and formulate to optimize sales distribution and human resource allocation level.
