We are in the process of adding an Accounting Clerk to our team located in Oregon, Wisconsin. The main role involves managing various accounting tasks in a meticulous and organized manner, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:- Accurately entering vendor bills into the accounting system to facilitate payment.
- Assisting in the functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Efficiently processing invoices and expense reports.
- Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and organized financial records.
- Handling routine correspondence with customers via telephone.
- Assisting in preparing invoices for the service department, which includes reviewing and editing technician notes and ensuring billing accuracy.
- Collaborating with various departments to perform accounting audits.
- Undertaking miscellaneous accounting tasks as assigned. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Knowledge in Billing procedures
- Skilled in Data Entry tasks
- Ability to handle Invoice Processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle software
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software
