Job Description

The Process Engineer will be responsible for:

Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency and output by refining processes on pilot lines.
Equipment Upgrades: Design, build, and implement improvements for coating lines, analytical rigs, and other key equipment.
Facility Support: Assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, and design to ensure facilities run smoothly and reliably.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement upgrades to processes, equipment, and workspaces to boost performance.
Process Scale-Up: Work on scaling processes to transition smoothly from pilot lines to full production.
Project Assistance: Provide technical expertise and support for various projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Process Engineer will have MOST of what follows:

BS in Engineering field of study
1+ years of experience in process engineering role
Battery background would be a huge PLUS
Hands-on experience with powder processing and converting systems PREFERRED
