Business Development & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our client's team as a Business Development & Technical Marketing Manager. This role focuses on demand generation, technical marketing, and sales operations to drive growth and operational excellence within our organization.

1. Demand Generation:

• Identify new potential customers and generate leads via monitoring feeds and website inquiries.
• Build meaningful customer relationships, leading to NDA agreements, sampling, trials, and commercialization.
• Monitor KPIs such as lead quantity, successful follow-ups, and NDA conversions.

1. Existing & New Customer Engagement:

• Follow up on existing contacts and new leads.
• Develop outreach strategies for tier 2 & 3 prospects, ensuring progress to NDAs and successful meetings.

1. Technical Marketing:

• Manage trade shows, conferences, and local events to increase market presence.
• Create and manage website content, webinars, and LinkedIn/social media campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and emerging technologies.

1. Sales Operations:

• Oversee CRM system enhancements, training, and reporting to optimize sales team efficiency.
• Collaborate on sample programs and represent commercial operations in S&OP processes.
