Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analysis.
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, ensuring the fidelity of intervention programs.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Monitor progress, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to interventions.
Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
BCBA Certification (Required): Must hold a current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst and be licensed in new jersey.
