• Enforce site safety plans and compliance with OSHA, NYCDOB, and FDNY regulations.
• Coordinate trades, track manpower, and ensure correct materials are on-site.
• Maintain project schedules, review change orders, and assist in closeout.
• Conduct quality inspections, manage permits, and track non-compliance resolutions.
• Lead meetings and communicate effectively with project teams and specialty partners.
