Danvers - Customer Service Representative

This role presents a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

• Serve as the initial contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Effectively manage phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Gather and record precise customer data
• Supply customers with accurate quote information promptly
• Use Office software to maintain and update customer records
• Oversee customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent education level is mandatory. Additional qualifications in customer service or related fields will be considered a plus.
