Responsibilities- Responsible for processing, distributing, and logging all new/change orders and RFPs in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain and update internal procedures as required for continuous improvement.
- Manage coordination of end customer/government and commercial orders/contracts, including Terms & Conditions to Commercial department upon receipt to ensure all information is accurate and acceptable.
- Coordinate information between various departments ensuring a timely flow of data into Sales Department.
- Maintain our customer relationships by responding and following through on all customer requests.
- Prioritize and monitor workload to achieve departmental objectives.
- Follow up on quotes from submittal to win or loss; manage the win/loss report.
