MIG Welder
MIG Welder (Direct Hire)
We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team in a full-time, direct hire role. This position offers a stable work environment with opportunities to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metals and thicknesses.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure precision and quality in all welds.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with MIG welding required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
- $24-$30 per hour, based on experience.
