Accounting Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Service industry at our Princeton, New Jersey location. As an Accounting Manager, you will be expected to oversee various accounting functions, manage a team of accounting professionals, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Supervise a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance
• Oversee the operation of daily accounting functions, including but not limited to, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and month-end close processes
• Utilize various accounting software systems including ADP
• Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and ERP
• Enterprise Resource Planning
• Review and validate the accuracy of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and management reports in adherence to GAAP standards
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and adherence to local, state, federal, and international financial regulations, as well as tax laws
• Lead auditing and billing functions to maintain the financial integrity of the organization.
