Job Description- Provide project management assistance through completion of projects on time and under budget.
- Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
- Help create, review, negotiate, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for information
- Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule
- Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the details of the project
- Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program.
- Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions

The Successful Applicant- Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish alongside Project Managers
- Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
- Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates
- Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration
- Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
- Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Project Managers
- Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders
- A competitive base salary between $75,000-$100,000 (Depending on Experience)
- Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based. (Typically between $8,000-$15,000 in the first year)
