We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist with extensive scheduling experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, possess exceptional communication skills, and be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and providing a welcoming environment for all visitors and employees. Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Extensive experience with scheduling and calendar management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
salary: $25.99 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle room reservations and logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure all scheduling conflicts are resolved efficiently.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and distribute daily schedules and agendas.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and management, facilitating smooth communication.
  • Relay important messages and information accurately and promptly.
