Senior SQL Developer

You will be working in a hybrid work environment, balancing between onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance existing software, debug and test new software codes in adherence to business and technical requirements.
• Generate complex and periodic reports and/or data through database management, data administration, and data extraction techniques.
• Actively participate in the design and requirement needs for software enhancements, influencing system design.
• Coordinate with in-house personnel to diagnose and fix operational difficulties, providing consultation, advice, and training on specialized features and functions.
• Maintain the efficiency of various software systems by implementing monitoring, testing, and auditing of new software programs.
• Research, resolve, and provide timely solutions to problems that arise with existing production applications, ensuring efficient and proper functioning.
• Develop complete documentation for estimates, design, and development.
• Perform impact analysis across multiple platforms and applications.
• Assist in mentoring and coaching of less experienced staff.
• Actively engage in production support activities during off-office hours, nights, and weekends.
• Adhere to established configuration/change control processes.
• Proven experience as a Senior SQL Developer in the automotive industry
• Proficient in SQL and able to use Monitoring Tools effectively
• Strong customer service skills to manage stakeholders and suppliers
• Capable of managing documentation processes and training team members
• Familiar with payment processing systems and research methodologies
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks
• Demonstrable experience in design, finance, auditing, and production sectors
• Excellent consulting skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Knowledge of collection processes and ability to travel as needed
• Understanding of best practices in the automotive industry
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and specification processes
• Experience with configuration management and financial services
• Ability to manage change effectively and handle delinquencies
• Responsible for ensuring deliverables meet agreed specifications.
