We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the non-profit sector, based in Covina, California. This role involves a variety of tasks related to account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, data entry, invoice processing, and proficiency in software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Handling of account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial records
• Managing both accounts payable and receivable to maintain financial transparency
• Overseeing billing operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Performing regular data entry tasks to update and maintain financial records
• Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
• Working with Oracle for database management and report generation
• Leveraging QuickBooks for accounting processes and financial management
• Operating SAP for business process management and data handling. • Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, demonstrating the ability to accurately balance financial accounts.
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring the accurate and timely payment of invoices.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), managing the receipt and recording of all financial transactions.
• Familiarity with Billing processes, with the ability to generate invoices and handle related tasks.
• Strong Data Entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in entering financial data into the system.
• Expertise in Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are correctly processed and paid.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in using it for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle, demonstrating the ability to use this software for financial management.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, with the ability to use this accounting software for various financial tasks.
• Familiarity with SAP, showing the ability to use this enterprise resource planning software for financial management tasks.
