Customer Service Representative - Robert Half

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the City of Industry, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and processing orders. This role is vital in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate solutions
• Process customer orders and ensure their timely delivery
• Maintain and update customer records in the database as required
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and order processing
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Schedule appointments for customers and manage their accounts
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer service experience
• Utilize our proprietary Customer ERP software for various tasks (training will be provided)
• Manage email correspondence with customers, ensuring all queries are resolved
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and excellent customer experience. • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar
• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls
• Experience working in a call center providing customer service
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry and scheduling appointments
• Proven ability to manage accounts and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to undergo any necessary training or development activities.
