Legal Assistant

Robert Half's Legal Division is seeking a Client Advisor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves complex case analysis, project management, and client/relationship management in a legal setting. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working four days a week in office, one day a week from home, and would be interested in an alternative legal career.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Conducting detailed case intake discussions with attorneys
• Developing expert witness search strategies based on case theories
• Converting complex legal requirements into actionable research parameters
• Managing client engagements from beginning to end across multiple service lines
• Monitoring client usage throughout the duration of the client's contract
• Ensuring all deliverables are of exceptional quality and delivered in a timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with attorney clients
• Presenting research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges
• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process.

• Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal setting
• Excellent client relations and management abilities required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of legal terminologies and court system
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
