About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Enrollment Marketing Manager to join the Growth Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for the execution and program enrollment results within a large book of business, supporting our health plan clients/segment (~5-100k eligible lives per client).As the Associate Enrollment Marketing Manager, you'll understand each client’s unique population, and, alongside your colleagues in Client Success, Marketing Operations, Growth, Design, and Data Analytics, you’ll help build and execute marketing campaigns to help us meet our revenue goals.
You'll be focused on influencing and executing our enrollment marketing strategies and best-practices to ensure we motivate people to get moving and feel better. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-velocity and high-growth environment. Additionally, they should have a track record of creative problem solving and be highly organized and detail oriented.
What You'll Accomplish- Responsible for client-specific communications planning and ongoing campaign execution for a large book of accounts (100+ accounts)
- Partner with Client Success to support and influence clients within your shared book of business, to meet annual revenue targets
- Partner with Growth Marketing to pilot and execute new ways to spread awareness about Hinge Health to eligible members
- Responsible for helping to evolve Enrollment Marketing processes and improving our marketing campaigns
- Fill gaps and identify opportunities to improve results and scale processes in our marketing funnel
Qualificatons:
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare related fields
- 3+ years of professional experience with project management for multiple marketing campaigns using Asana or Salesforce
- 3+ years of professional experience with tracking and monitoring performance to inform marketing strategy
- 3+ of professional experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
- Professional experience with campaign management using a wide variety of communication channels such as: digital (email, SMS) to analog ( direct mail, OOH, broad awareness, experiential) and beyond (ambassadors, community)
- Professional experience working cross functionally with teams such as marketing operations, engineering and creative to build marketing materials for clients
- Experience working in healthcare benefits
- Experience working in a B2B2C capacity
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. For this position, our salary ranges are listed below:
Tier 1: San Francisco Radius, CT- NYC Radius, NJ-NYC Radius, NY- NYC Radius: $112,000–$168,000
Tier 2: CA, CT, Boston Radius, Chicago Radius, DC Radius, Houston Radius: $103,000–$154,600
Tier 3: IL (ex Chicago), MD(ex DC Radius), MA (ex Boston Radius), NH (ex Boston Radius), NY (ex NYC Radius), RI (ex Boston Radius), TX (ex Houston), VA (ex DC Radius), WA (ex Seattle Radius), WI (ex Chi Radius), AK, CO, DE, GA, HI, MI, MN, NV, NC, OR, PA: $94,100–$141,100
Tier 4: AL, AZ, AR, FL, ID, IN (ex Chicago), IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, ND, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV, WY: $85,100–$127,700
