  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business problems and design effective solutions.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and creating process models.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in data analysis and creating reports to support business decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities.
