Business Analyst

As part of the team, you will contribute to the optimization of operations and help shape the strategic direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and requirements to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other business analysts to ensure seamless communication and implementation of solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis of data, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows.
• Provide support during the implementation and testing phases of projects to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in business operations.
• Provide training and support to business users to ensure effective adoption of new processes and tools.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business problems and design effective solutions.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and creating process models.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in data analysis and creating reports to support business decisions.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
