Job Title: Program Manager (Higher Education)
Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA (with 5-10% travel to Chelsea, MA)
A dynamic organization is seeking a Program Manager to lead partnerships with higher education institutions across Massachusetts, focusing on IT internships and projects in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and Cybersecurity. The role will involve developing partnerships, overseeing operational activities, and acting as a liaison between universities and the organization.
Location: Hybrid - Boston, MA (with 5-10% travel to Chelsea, MA)
Duration: Through June 30, 2025 (with potential annual extensions)
Summary:A dynamic organization is seeking a Program Manager to lead partnerships with higher education institutions across Massachusetts, focusing on IT internships and projects in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and Cybersecurity. The role will involve developing partnerships, overseeing operational activities, and acting as a liaison between universities and the organization.
This position will play a key role in fostering collaboration between the organization and students to drive innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI and Data Partnerships: Identify and coordinate state use cases in AI, data, and cybersecurity. Manage higher ed initiatives, project planning, and ensure successful student engagement.
- Program Administration: Maintain records, generate reports, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes. Oversee budget alignment with Finance.
- Internship and Fellowship Programs: Collaborate on student recruitment, program activities, and ongoing assessment of student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership development or program management.
- Expertise in higher education collaborations and knowledge of AI, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in technical leadership, budget management, and technology trends.
