Work Schedule is Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead and oversee operations during our night shift.
The ideal Production Supervisor candidate has a strong background in change management and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
What you are doing as a Shift Production Supervisor:
- Actively lead change initiatives, driving improvements in processes, systems, and culture.
- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members on the 3rd shift.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members to foster professional growth and maintain high engagement.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining product quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
- Apply change management principles to implement new processes, tools, and technologies effectively.
- Act as Supervisory point of contact for 3rd shift activities and ensure seamless communication with other shifts and departments.
What you will need as a 3^rd Shift production Supervisor:
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work Sunday
- Thursday 9:00 PM
- 7:00 AM schedule.
