HRIS Analyst

Robert Half is partnering with a local company on a HRIS Lead Administrator opening. This role will report to the Director of Payroll and will work very closely with the Payroll Department and IT Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. They will collaborate closely with the Director of Payroll to streamline HR processes, provide technical support to users, and implement system enhancements.

The HRIS Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing our HR systems to support the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer the Oracle HRIS system, including but not limited to data entry, maintenance, and updates.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS database by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Payroll to develop and implement HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support and training to HRIS users, including troubleshooting system issues and assisting with inquiries.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and payroll functions, utilizing Oracle HRIS tools and other reporting software.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HR technology and make recommendations for system improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive HRIS data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives related to HRIS and payroll as assigned by the Director of Payroll.

This role requires the person to go into the office. So must be local in Colorado.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an HRIS Administrator, preferably with expertise in Oracle HRIS system.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, and system maintenance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
