Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around New Castle, PA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $28/hour based on experience & skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

Perform welding of metal parts using specified wire welding processes
Ensure welds are smooth, non-porous, & meet quality standards
Weld in all positions, including flat, horizontal, vertical, & overhead
Operate forklifts & overhead cranes for material handling
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

3+ Years of Experience in heavy plate/structural steel fabrication
Reliable Transportation & Attendance
Ability to lift 50+lbs
Hand Tools
Proper PPE
