Heatcraft Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Magna Industrial and InterLink.Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.
Job Description:
Location: Stone Mountain, GA (Hybrid-Monday through Thursday in the office with the option to work at home on Friday)
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will manage sales support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting, quota management, sales process optimization, sales program implementation and sales compensation design.You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate objectives and priorities are set within the sales organization.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company.
- Support equitable assignment of sales quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources.
- Work to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Implement enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments.
- Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
- Recommend revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to interpret complex sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilizing data to accurately predict future sales performance and adjust sales strategies (quotas) accordingly
- Proficiency in extracting meaningful insights from sales data to inform decision-making.
- Deep knowledge of SAP and CRM systems and proficiency in managing and optimizing them to streamline sales processes.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and coach sales teams, set clear expectations, and foster a positive sales culture.
- Project Management: Managing multiple sales initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with sales teams, leadership, and other departments.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $104,000-$136,500 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
