About Our Client:

Duration: 10 weeks during tax season, 35-40 per week.Location: Onsite for the first year in Moline, with potential for hybrid or remote work in subsequent years
Role and Responsibilities:
Prepare 100-300 tax returns, depending on experience and career stage.
Utilize CCH Access, a cloud-based tax prep software, and other technologies in a nearly paperless process.
Engage in continuous learning and development, with a strong focus on capturing details and improving return preparation year over year.
Ideal Candidate:
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with various technologies and quick to learn new software.Educational Background: BA preferred, though candidates with significant tax prep experience will also be considered.
Experience: 1-2 years of tax preparation experience is ideal, with a strong preference for candidates who plan to return for multiple tax seasons.
CPA: Candidates with a CPA or those working towards it are highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and thoroughness in preparing tax returns.
Strong collaboration skills and an eagerness to learn.
Ability to retain training and apply it effectively to future returns.
Commitment to returning for multiple tax seasons to grow with the company.
