Coordinator - Staffing - Vineland - Full Time - Days
Non-licensed person who performs clerical and communication functions in the Resource Office. Review monthly schedules and coordinates the staffing daily on all units to maintain adequate coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- High School or equivalent required.
- Previous experience with staffing and payroll preferred.
Certifications/ Licensure:
- N/A
Knowledge & Skills:
- Familiar with medical terminology and a background in communications and writing skills.
- Maintains emotional stability and calm disposition and has the ability to relate to all levels of professionals.
- Ability to work flexible schedule.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions.
- Demonstrates loyalty, reliability, tactfulness, honesty and discretion.
- Ability to exercise initiative within scope of duties.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical stamina required for walking, standing, and leaning over.
- Able to sit for long periods of rime when performing clerical duties.
- Must have sufficient eyesight and motor coordination for data entry, PC use, and typing.
