Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Adult-NP - Fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner to join a pioneer and visionary addiction medicine practice. This is an office-based addiction medicine practice integrated with behavioral health services.
The Practice trains its providers with tools and evidence-based treatment protocols so that they become confident medical providers in treating patients with addiction. The practice believes in having a healthy balance between career and personal well-being; therefore, providers do not work nights, holidays or weekends and are not required to be on-call.
The Practices care model includes medical care, counseling, comprehensive toxicology testing, case management, medical management of medications and to provide compassionate care within a harm reduction model.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be providing office-based, direct patient care for mostly opioid and alcohol addiction at any of our outpatient locations. You will be working on adopting the mission and vision of the organization.You will be flexible to changes including adopting and collaborating treatment plans with your collaborative team.
You will be expected to be a team player with great personal and professional character. You will act as a medical liaison between other medical|behavioral health providers and collaborate with the clinic physician. You will also collaborate with other staff regarding medication-assisted-treatment (MAT) and patient medical case reviews.

Qualifications: Experience as an NP in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Primary Care preferred. Massachusetts NP license, board certification, and current DEA certificate is a MUST to apply for this position. Existing X-DEA (Buprenorphine waiver certification).Experience in treating patients with addiction in any capacity.
