Job Description
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Working closely with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  • Assessing and understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Outside Sales representative should have:

  • An academic background in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in the Packaging Distribution industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
