The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a National Entertainment & Influencers Marketing Analyst - Temporary. This position can be home based.

This is a four (4) month contract that commences at hire.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for marketing and communications strategy development, planning, operations, consultation and execution for the Association’s Entertainment and Sports Strategy and Corporate Relations Communications.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Entertainment Operations lead, in close coordination with VP/Head. Develops and facilitates procedures and responses to requests for entertainment and sports industry personalities and entities; engages in talent/influencer and entertainment/sports entity contract negotiations
  • Develops and continually improves business policies and procedures to ensure excellence in execution of projects and associated contractual deliverables. Assists with documentation and reporting on vendor agreements, contracts, budgets, and schedules
  • Provides operational project management support in collaboration with Legal, Communications, and other internal association departments to oversee contracts, coordinate schedules, and communicate relationship requirements
  • Leads the analysis the Entertainment (macro, micro, traditional and/or digital) entity, opportunity, and/or individual to vet, articulate, and manage appropriate brand alignment
  • Supports development and execution of select Digital Entertainment, Entertainment Talent and Sports Talent strategies in coordination with Entertainment specialty Lead(s)
  • Develops and advises on best-practices for contract negotiations, budgeting (internal), and planning to ensure operational efficiencies are realized for the Association

Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of the following experience
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and project deadlines with the ability to pivot and problem-solve.
  • A strong team player who is comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Project Management (planning, organizing, evaluating and modifying)
  • Demonstrated skill and comfort level in working with celebrities/influencer profiles
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills 5 years
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
