Servicing Systems Analyst
Overview:
Job Title: Servicing Systems Analyst ILocation: Austin, TX (remote if outside of 31 miles from Austin location).
Pay: up to 65K D.O.E.
Overview:
The Servicing Systems Analyst will report to the VP of Systems Automation. This individual’s primary roles are to manage various tasks supporting the servicing system production needs as well as supporting projects and enhancements. Participate in key change management functions as directed by manager.
Responsibilities:
Servicing Systems- - Create and update user’s security accounts to the various servicing applications.
- Perform general user security functions; such as password resets, unlocking of account or deactivations.
- Perform daily setup of Director task tracking queues
- Perform daily payee updates and setup
- Update system headers as needed
- Support EOY tasks as needed
- Complete tasks assigned to Servicing Systems
- Support DR and Patch testing as needed
- Complete ad hoc reporting as directed by management.
- Research Servicing System questions from the Servicing Users
- Provide analytical solution support for all Servicing units.
- Assist in other areas of Servicing as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Mortgage Servicing or other relevant financial services industry experience
- Knowledge of ICE Mortgage Technology (aka ICE MSP & Director);
- Working in Austin Preferred
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
