- Utilizing Accounting Software Systems for financial management
- Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Managing customer relationships using CRM software
- Answering inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries
- Using ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing
- Working with Concur for expense management
- Employing Dentrix Dental Software for dental practice management
- Managing commercial construction projects
- Employing About Time software for project time tracking
- Overseeing construction estimating and construction schedules. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Skills in using Concur software
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to use Dentrix Dental Software
- Experience with About Time software
- Understanding of basic Accounting Functions
- Ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP)
- Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
