Job Description- Lead the pre-construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope and requirements.
- Prepare and review bid proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate site investigations and assessments to inform project planning.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance pre-construction strategies.
- Manage and mentor the pre-construction team, fostering professional development.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have extensive experience in pre-construction management, with a strong grasp of budgeting and scheduling.
