A Quality Assurance Lead Technician for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Durham, NC area. This role involves implementing and maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance across all process stages, managing quality control, facilitating audits, and leveraging extensive experience to assess risks and improve processes.

salary: $18.91 - 28.87 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality standards across all stages of the process.
- Ensure and execute compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Assess potential risks and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate and deliver quality training programs.
- Follow clearly defined procedures and tasks with established guidelines for decision-making.
- Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems.
- Understand underlying concepts and principles related to job responsibilities.
Experience: A minimum requirement of 5+ years of relevant experience.
