Summary
The Client Relationship Management Specialist is a technical expert who is the focal point for ensuring superior service delivery to superannuation clients and Trustee Boards. You will act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, work with internal and external stakeholders and provide support to the team, to proactively coordinate the very best service delivery across Financial Services.

Primary focus of the role:
To ensure seamless client service deliveryTo deliver advice and/or co-ordinate that advice within Mercer
To provide professional secretarial, governance and compliance services to a portfolio of clients and Trustee Boards.
To provide relationship management services or assist with Relationship Manager (where applicable), in building and maintaining the strategic relationship with the client and key client stakeholders
Provide support to the Senior Relationship Managers and the team.
What you need to have:
Experience in superannuation or finance industry, preferred.
3 years customer service/client relationship management experience, ideally in financial services organisationA proven motivated self-starter with initiative.
Agility with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
A high level of written and oral communication skills.
Ability to: work effectively within a team environment.
work well under pressure and efficiently against deadlines.prioritise multiple projects and ability to go the extra mile.
maintain confidentiality.
