Applications Support Engineer

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Applications Support Engineer in Southern New Hampshire. This position requires a skilled Applications Support Engineer with a focus on maintaining and troubleshooting business applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft technologies, troubleshooting, and supporting software integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot core business applications.
• Support software integrations to ensure efficient business processes.
• Create and maintain documentation for business applications.
• Participate in technology projects as needed.
• This role is primarily focused on backend support and requires a strong understanding of technical systems and processes.
• Implement new business applications and services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Backup Technologies, and Computer Hardware.
• Expertise in MS Office 365 and Microsoft Windows.
• Experience in managing Enterprise Applications.
• Familiarity with Document Management processes.
• Proven IT project management skills.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Security.
• Experience in Software Integration.
• Experience in Workflow automation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Troubleshooting and repair experience for computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot scripts written in Batch and PowerShell.
• Basic knowledge of document management systems.
