Human Resources (HR) Manager

The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to assess workforce needs and develop succession planning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute HR strategies in alignment with the organization's strategic direction.
• Manage the entire talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits and ensure employees are well-informed about their options.
• Design and implement training development programs to enhance employee skills and facilitate career growth.
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data integrity for reporting purposes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant labor laws.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce needs and develop succession planning initiatives.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role in HR.
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices, benefits administration, and conflict management techniques.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with Paylocity, Paychex, or ADP is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are advantageous.
