Training Support Specialist - Merrimack, NH (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $52/Hr. on W2
Role will be Hybrid-3 days a week in Merrimack, NH
This would be a 6-Months Contract role that could get extended.

Job description:
Leads and assists lower-level administrative personnel in efficient accomplishment of assigned responsibilities, generally operates with wide latitude for actions and decisions, and performs tasks independently and on own initiative with minimal supervision.
Oversees the development of extensive program performance plans, including work scope, work breakdown, schedules, manpower plan, material plan, task codes, spending plan, and reporting requirements.
Conducts performance measurement tasks, including working authorization progress measurement on cost, schedule, manpower, and material plans, analysis of variances from plan, and recommending and implementing corrective action.
Prepares program reviews and status reports for program personnel, company management, and customers.
May participate in program and customer reviews at management's request.
Oversees the review and analysis of requests for proposals, the planning and controlling of proposal tasks, schedules, and expenditures, and the estimating and arranging for the production and delivery of manpower and material.
Writes management plans and develops risk analysis.
Actively participates in bid-no-bid and make-or-buy decisions, negotiation, audit, and fact-finding activities.
Develops and maintains program cost history.
Provides market and product analysis in support of new business initiatives and in the preparation and presentation of proposal data for management review.
Utilizes MIS and trains lower-level administrative personnel in appropriate management information systems for program planning, control, reporting, and proposals.
Adapts MIS to meet program needs and contributes to modifications and improvement of the system.
Maintains an effective working relationship with related division, group, and corporate functions, and with customer agencies on cost and schedule control and reports.
Plans, analyzes, and reports on cost, sales, income, bookings, backlog, manpower, material, and other related data.
Develops, monitors, and reports on departmental labor and expense budgets.
Recommends and follows through with corrective action to be taken.
Develops and monitors program, department, and administration performance objectives.
Actively participates in the development, implementation, interpretation, and monitoring of program, department, and administrative policies and procedures.
Participates in the planning, budgeting, acquisition, use, and accountability for space, furniture, office and laboratory equipment, supplies, and other assigned resources.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Required Skills:
This is a hybrid role supporting a training function, where we are ideally looking for a candidate with experience in a variety of systems.
The most important systems are Coupa and Concur, and it will be great if we can get someone with LMS (Learning Management System) and SharePoint development experience.
Greatly prefer someone with prior experience in a training environment.
Essential Functions:

- Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
- Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
- Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Analyze, evaluate, develop, and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule.
- Design and develop products and services using state-of-the-art technology, principles, theories, and concepts.
Experience Required:
- 5 years in a support role for an enterprise environment
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Coupa, Concur & iLearn (other Learning Management Systems) Detail oriented Excellent communication skills Familiarity with SharePoint website development Database management Prior experience with a Training environment is very helpful
Education Required:
- 2-4 year, degree preferred
