Assignment Start Date: 3/1/2025

13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 weeks with 32 hours/week guaranteed

Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed provider.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

One year of experience as a PT preferred

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in VT

EMR System: Cerner experience preferred
