About the Company: This private equity entity handles a multibillion-dollar portfolio and is an expert in diverse investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of federal and state tax filings prepared by tax advisors including tax returns, Schedule K-1’s, and withholding forms.
• Work with the tax advisors’ teams to provide requested information and prepare supporting work papers.
• Maintain the tax calendar and oversee the timeliness of all deliverables and tax payments.
• Assist with addressing tax-related requests and questions from limited partners.
• Help maintain capital accounts and complete annual financial reporting statements for the General Partner and affiliated entities.
• Qualifications:
• 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in asset management taxation, including partnership allocations, Schedule K-1 and tax return preparation.
• Four-year bachelor's degree or greater with a concentration in accounting or tax.
• Exceptional personal integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Understanding of accounting and ability to use/learn accounting software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and strong technology skills.
