Warranty Administrator

Gerald Hyundai is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join their team in North Aurora.
- Ability to learn and understand the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains a productive relationship with the manufacturer representatives.
- Review warranty repair orders for accuracy and required documentation.
- Monitors for abuse and fraud including excessive diagnosis and straight time.
- Reviews all returned and rejected warranty claims, correct all errors, and resubmit claims.
- Provides daily reports to the management team regarding claim status.
- Minimum of 1 year previous warranty administrative experience.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- DealerTrack experience preferred.
- Kia or Hyundai experience is a plus but not required.
