We are offering an opportunity for an Inventory Clerk role, specializing in the industry. This position will be based in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, providing a long-term contract employment opportunity. In this role, you will be expected to analyze sales history, maintain inventory records, communicate with suppliers as well as customers, and resolve any related issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing sales history and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock merchandise
  • Creating, transmitting, and following up with suppliers on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
  • Assisting in resolving production, shipping, receiving, and billing errors
  • Maintaining communication with Customer Service regarding merchandise and delivery issues
  • Identifying and resolving any product quality issues with suppliers
  • Maintaining the Product, Purchasing, and Supplier Databases and ensuring their accuracy
  • Assisting Managers in their duties as needed
  • Identifying problems and implementing solutions
  • Preparing statistical reports for management
  • Using skills in ADP
  • Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, ERP
  • Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Auditing, Charts
  • Graphs, Clerical Duties for efficient functioning.
  • Proficiency in ADP
  • Financial Services
  • Familiarity with Cerner Technologies
  • Experience with Epic Software
  • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Ability to implement ERP Solutions
  • Experience with About Time software
  • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
  • Auditing skills
  • Ability to create Charts - Graphs
  • Proficiency in Clerical Duties
