Position Summary:
Under direct supervision from full-time Operations Staff, Changeover Supervisor is responsible for leading, directing and supervising temporary agency employees to execute event set-up, tear down, and other duties as assigned.
This role will pay an hourly rate between $30 to $35.

About the Venue:
The Now Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, a northwest suburb 25 miles from Chicago, near land which formerly contained the Poplar Creek Music Theater. Since 2016, the arena has been home to the Windy City Bulls, the Chicago Bulls' affiliate in the NBA G League
Responsibilities:
- Help give verbal direction given by full-time Operations Staff so temporary agency employees understand their duties including setup/breakdown of tables, chairs, arena equipment, staging, pipe & drape, etc.
- Lead, monitor changeover staff and provide team support as required.
- Maintains departmental equipment in good working condition.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preffered
- Must be available to work flexible hours and days including early morning, days, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively supervise
- Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent detail orientation
- Possess superior interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
