A premier manufacturer local to Bucks County, PA, is searching for Production Technicians for their Assembly department. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless assembly of products, maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds: Clean, coat, and inspect molds to ensure they are free of defects.
- Prepare materials: Measure, weigh, and mix materials like resins and metals according to precise formulations.
- Cast: Pour or inject materials into molds to ensure they are distributed evenly.
- Operate machinery: Use machines to apply heat to molds using methods like melting, baking, curing, and drying.
- Inspect: Visually inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Demold: Remove finished products from molds after the casting material has set.
