Junior Project Manager

Junior Project Manager to join their growing team in New York, NY. Summary: The objective of this role is to successfully on board a strategic enterprise CRM SaaS platform. This is a project based role that will be re-evaluated at the end of the assignment to determine if there is a business need to convert this role to a full-time position. Duties Include:

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to understand the project scope
• Create and manage project timeline based on communicated business priorities
• Oversee all aspects of the project from initiation to go-live
• Schedule, coordinate and facilitate meetings
• Utilize project management tools to keep track of projects and tasks
• Lead scrum meetings with project team on as needed basis to re-align priorities and review status of assignments
• Assist in product and feature QA testing and creation of educational training material

Your deliverables will include:

• Itemized project status report accessible to all stakeholders
• Weekly itemized report of re-prioritized, completed, in-progress, and blocked tasks
• Repository of meeting and call notes and assets
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of PM platforms (e.g. Airtable, Trello, Smartsheet, Wrike, etc.)
• The ability to collect, track and advance project goals and tasks across multiple stakeholders, departments and outside vendors
• Foundational knowledge of brand and digital marketing, social media, media buying, web analytics, software product development, CRM and SaaS
• Foundational knowledge of 3rd party SaaS platforms and database integrations
• PMP certification is a plus
• Prior experience with CRM implementation a plus
