Your Impact in This Role:
- Oversee office operations and manage administrative staff.
- Create and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Ensure the office environment is safe and secure.
- Handle office budgets, billing, and invoicing tasks.
- Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and activities.
- Maintain office equipment and manage necessary repairs.
- Keep track of office supplies and inventory.
- Support the recruitment, hiring, and training of administrative team members.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of office management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
