Job Description
My client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support construction operations in the DMV region, with an initial focus on a ground-up parking garage project in Maryland. This role will primarily be office-based with site visits, working closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution. While this position is local, candidates open to future out-of-state travel will be highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project documents, including RFIs, submittals, and drawings.
- Track materials and coordinate purchase orders for review and approval.
- Monitor and update project schedules in collaboration with the PM.
- Ensure accurate distribution of project documentation.
- Conduct occasional to frequent job site visits to support project execution.

The Successful Applicant- 1-2 years of experience in construction OR a relevant degree with internship experience.
- Basic understanding of architectural design drawings and construction workflows.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and industry-standard construction software.
- Ground-up concrete experience is highly preferred
- Salary: $75K-$95K (based on experience).
- Car Allowance: $300/month.
